Hey. I’m Griffin. I’m a Yoga teacher, but ultimately my mission is to help you be comfortable in your own body and mind.

Usually that comes as a combination of eliminating pain and inspiring confidence and ease. I use the time-honed techniques of Yoga, supplemented by a healthy dose of modern scientific study in the fields of anatomy, biomechanics, and psychology, to create growth and wellness.

If you’re sitting here reading this while trying to keep your mind off that ever-present pain, if you’re looking for support in the healing process, read on. If you have therapeutic concerns, or would prefer a little extra focused attention to make sure you’re wringing every last drop of benefit from your Yoga session, an individual session would probably be more your cup of tea.
